While I waited, I observed multiple staff from various departments coming through the waiting area for snacks and drinks, with a startling number of them stopping to wipe a spill or straighten things while they were there. When even mechanics who seem to be on their break are cheerfully wiping up the waiting room counter, you know it's a great work environment and a good place to do business. I'll definitely look here first when we're in the market to buy again! More
