I've been trying since after 11am today to speak with someone about my vehicle. Kept getting a voicemail. I left a msg but did not get a call back. I was told to tow my vehicle to the service department to be checked out because it's smoking white smoke and not driving properly. But, I needed to get someone on the phone to tell me if the vehicle got there, if they were able to assess what's happening with it, what's the plan to fix it, what's the turnaround time to getting it fixed. So, again, I very concerned that no one answered the phones, no one assisted me today. More
