This service center lacks training for their employees. There is very little communication once they have your car until you give them a poor review, then they keep calling you. My service advisor was extremely courteous and took time to explain everything to me that needed to be done to my car. My car was taken right away and the wait time was shorter than I expected. He told me that my car needed to have additional services and I told him that I would have to do the items that he felt were necessary on a month to month basis as I am on a fixed income and would have to do them that way. He was understanding and told me which service he felt needed to be done first, etc. Overall, a very good experience. More
