Worst service department! Be warned! You will be disappointed in the length of time for an appointment, the competence of the personnel, and the lack of empathy shown to you Be warned! You will be disappointed in the length of time for an appointment, the competence of the personnel, and the lack of empathy shown to you as a customer. Kept car for 3 1/2 WEEKS and said nothing was wrong. Insisted they investigate further. Still they said nothing wrong. Picked it up and drove 2 blocks where car proceeded to stutter and completely stall in traffic on Opelika Rd. Bought my own code scanner and it revealed a bad crankshaft position sensor. Called to request they take it in quickly to repair since I had diagnosed it. Keep in mind, we were without the car for almost a month. Their response? You have to get back in queue! Another 2 weeks before we can even look at it. Ridiculous! And my family has purchased 4 new Hyundais! We have been loyal customers. Never again. More
