Nancy was patient and I appreciate it that she wasn’t pushy. She gave us space to think about our decision to purchase a car and she made it very easy for us to trust her. pushy. She gave us space to think about our decision to purchase a car and she made it very easy for us to trust her. More

Kavin sold me exactly what I needed based on my financial situation. I came in wanting a hybrid but he knew I couldn't afford it. Thank you Kavin! I love my Santa Fe! situation. I came in wanting a hybrid but he knew I couldn't afford it. Thank you Kavin! I love my Santa Fe! More

They requested maintenance records which we provided back to 2021. They told us we had to agree to an inspection of the engine which would be $800 out of our pocket if the warranty work was denied - we agreed. They call us by phone every couple of weeks asking for more info or telling us an inspector from their “3rd party vendor” wants photos or is sending an inspector to inspect the car. It’s been almost 2 months, and they still have our car. Hyundai takes no responsibility and says it’s all the “3rd party vendor”. Last time I checked, it’s Hyundai’s name that is on the warranty. My husband has been patient and nice every time he has talked to them until today when they called for records dating back earlier than 2021. They know that an oil change from 2020 has nothing to do with the problems with the car now in 2024, but all of that aside, it is absolutely unreasonable to ask anyone to be without their car for 2 or more months. Ask yourself before you buy a Hyundai - can you be without your car for 2 months or more while they decide if they want to fix it? Can you pay $800 out of pocket if the warranty work is denied? The service department told us they are backed up 2-3 months - ask yourself why that is. One mechanic from another business told us “Hyundai knows they have engine problems, but yet they just keep making cars.” I will never, ever buy another Hyundai. We own a 2010 Toyota with 210,000 miles on it and a 1998 Lexus with 250,000 miles on it. Don’t make the mistake we did. Don’t let them sell you on the “100,000 mile warranty” or the “extra bells and whistles” for less money. Spend the extra money, get a good car like a Toyota or Lexus from a dealership that practices good business and takes care of their customers. I have never written a negative review on any business, but then again I’ve never been treated like this either. More
