Every single person I interacted with, from Felicia at the start, to Fred at the end, was absolutely amazing. Not having a car for two weeks was so stressful and I was able to tow my car over to Hyundai the start, to Fred at the end, was absolutely amazing. I also had a lot of questions and the team was so patient and didn’t mind walking me through all the details and their recommended next steps.
