We were very impressed with the friendliness of Michael and Charles. They were pleasant and helpful as well as providing the information that we needed. We dealt with Michael over a period of two months as they were trying to locate the exact car that we wanted with all the options we wanted. Michael stayed in touch with us to update us periodically on the search. Even though they never did find the car we wanted in the color we wanted, when they got the 2013 Veloster in a metallic blue color, Michael called us to tell us and we went to see it and ended up buying it.
