Was talked to like a dog Yesterday I took my charger to get the windows tinted. When the car was returned to me, it was obvious someone had hit it while it was in the parking Yesterday I took my charger to get the windows tinted. When the car was returned to me, it was obvious someone had hit it while it was in the parking lot if Hyundai of Asheville, weather it was a tech, or sales guy or customer.... idk. I was cool about it till it was made obvious that Hyundai was going to take zero responsibility for it. The way I was talked to by Josh was not tolerated for long. I will stand up for myself, I will make sure Hyundai pays to fix my car. If your thinking about getting a Hyundai or buying a used car from Hyundai, Keep in mind they are not female friendly, will talk to you like a dog, and will not stand behind their own company. What a crap experience. I’m embarrassed FOR you, Hyundai. More

Forrest Smith is the best service manager ever! I am a frequent customer of the service department at Hyundai of Asheville, and Forrest Smith is by far the best service manager I've ever dealt with. I am a frequent customer of the service department at Hyundai of Asheville, and Forrest Smith is by far the best service manager I've ever dealt with. My previous experiences with automobile dealer service departments have been about as pleasurable as root canals, but Mr. Smith and the entire service department at Hyundai of Asheville go above and beyond to ensure that I am a satisfied customer. I just had a major repair done on my car, and I can recommend the service department at Hyundai of Asheville without hesitation. That's because of people like Forrest Smith, shop foreman Daniel Miller, and service writer Heidi Tucker. I would give them 10 stars if I could. More
