They are only concern about getting your money. Very unfriendly once they had my $1000 deposit and knew I was driving four hours to get my FJ cruiser which I'm hoping and praying is ok. There are quite a few bad reviews. Courtney knew zero about the vehicle she was selling me and had no personality. John the mean-ager is a narcissist who attempts to intimidate a woman but he didn't succeed with me. I will never forget this terrible expo I had with them. I spent over 35k and not one person thanked me except Eli the finance guy and he was happy to take money so I'm sure that's why. This experience has really bothered me . Do not go here to get a car or anything. The people are like robots. Very uncaring. More

When I completed an online inquiry via Kelly Blue Book, related to the value of my 2012 Chevrolet, I received a string of responses from re fabulous! But Hyundai of Asheville was the first to extend to me a firm offer for my old car, and Victoria emailed me immediately offering to set up an appointment. (This was a Sunday, and the other dealers sent standard "You'll hear from us soon" responses.) Victoria's email was specific, accommodating, and NOT pushy, which made all the difference. I kept the appointment even when follow-up emails arrived Monday from dealers closer to me, because Victoria was the early bird, and I respect that! I'm now the owner of a new, loaded Tuscon with all the features that were non-negotiable for me, with a payment that does not go over my threshold. Amazing. Kudos also to Cassie in finance, who made the dreaded part of car-buying seamless and transparent! It's SO worth the drive! More
