So my wife &I were out looking at cars; just visiting different dealerships. We had just left Hunter Subaru Hyundai in Fletcher where we live and were very disappointed. I decided to try Hyundai of Ashev different dealerships. We had just left Hunter Subaru Hyundai in Fletcher where we live and were very disappointed. I decided to try Hyundai of Asheville (just looking). We drove up, parked and got out: to a young man approaching us - asking how we were and could he help us. My wife immediately said we are just looking. He was so kind and insisting on asking what our interest was! So by now he had made us feel so comfortable: my wife said let's listen to his spill. Manny made us feel like he knew just what we were looking for. He asked us what our interest was in a car, concerns and what was most important. We knew that we were at the right place. Manny then asked us to give him a minute, left his desk - came back with recommendations. We only had to decide on what color! We went on a test drive and this is where he sold us. Manny made us so comfortable with his presentation, knowledge, ambitions on his sales experience and trust worthiness. We felt like family. After finalizing the deal and visiting Ms. Cassie: we hit the JACKPOT!!!! More

My Wife despises buying a car. I myself have only experienced this type of salesperson one time in 30 years. Manny Hollifield was the absolute best. He is the person I would want representing a business. His communication style is awesome! Manny was honest, strait forward, very personable and had all the information we needed. He was completely proficient with his knowledge of the models we were interested in. Before we even went on our test drive, he went over every detail of the operation of the Santa Cruz and its electronics. Most dealers will hardly do that after the sale much less beforehand. He never once played the numbers game with us. Manny pretty much came with the best deal they could offer right from the start. There was no back and forth and fussing for hours. Very happy we lucked up and got Manny for this process and we will recommend him to anyone. If he is busy, Manny is worth waiting on. Thank you for the awesome experience. People like Manny tend to restore my lack of faith in humanity these days. Thank you Manny! More
