They helped facilitate getting my old car to the dealership and trading it in towards the new vehicle in a manner that felt like they were going above and beyond. It didn't feel like a sales tactic; rather, it seemed like they were just trying to help. After that, I felt like I blinked and suddenly I had bought a new car. The process was smooth and simple.
