Asked salesman about using $4000 tax credit for used EV purchase on deal. Was given the green light and made a credit card deposit. Upon closing the deal, the finance manager said they do not do the $4000 purchase on deal. Was given the green light and made a credit card deposit. Upon closing the deal, the finance manager said they do not do the $4000 credit and since they made the mistake they refunded my deposit except for $90 for surcharges. I did not back out of the deal, they changed the deal from what was agreed upon. This was their error not mine yet I lose $90. Beware of this dealerships tactics. It is not the way to treat customers. More
