Micheal Nurez, sales consultant, was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and personable. He never pressured us once to purchase the new car being viewed, never asked us personal, i.e. invading, que knowledgeable, friendly, and personable. My first time at this dealership and at a dealership in this part of the country. I was very impressed with the quick attention and professional manner of the service advisor. While I waited, I strolled th this part of the country. I was very impressed with the quick attention and professional manner of the service advisor. While I waited, I strolled through the showroom and was acknowledged by everyone who was not with a client or on the phone. I live in Miami, and we do not have any service of this quality. I hve had Mercedes, BMW, and Jeep and yours was a far superior operation. Top rating from me. More
