I have a Master Tech Service agreement with this dealership for a used Dodge Van. The AC went out last Wednesday. David got me right in to have the diagnosis made. I had called David about oil change service and my lighter/charger/ipod unit wasn't working. He got me in the very next morning. Friendly greeting as we pulled in. Service that was to be done was confirmed and the vehicle was immediately taken to the garage. I had a number of warranty questions that were explained clearly. My Father and I were in on Sat. April 2 and talked with Dan Brown about refinancing the car I had or trading in my old car and getting a new one. Both my dad and I had the most pleasant, smooth and comfortable experience in a buying a car ever. I was able to take my car in immediately and it was repaired in less than a day. I recently lost my husband and this was one of the first problems I had to deal with since his death and I was a little repaired in less than a day.
