David Dearman made a special effort to quickly take care of my emergency with my 2004 Hyundai. If he hadn't worked quickly to get a tech to diagnose the problem, I would have had to change my travel plans! of my emergency with my 2004 Hyundai. This dealership is a JOKE!!!!!! I bought a used 2006 Acura TL from this dealership. My sales person Freddy was awesome, and that is about the only good part of my whole experience from them! First off they never inspected my car when I bought it from them. Which meant that they had to send drivers to where I live now, which is in RI, 900 miles away one way to take my car back to NC to get it inspected!! Next my windows and all sorts of other things started to go wrong with the car! 3 months after I got it!! I was in contact with Eric The Sales Manager and told him about the problem I was having. After I got the estimate for the problems which cost me $170 out of my pocket, I called Eric The Sales Manager back becouse I was supposed to be reimbursed. Eric The Sales Manager never answeder my calls, called me back or anything after I tried to get ahold of him numerous times!!!!!!!! GARBAGE!! So I did what I thought was the next best thing and called the owner Rhett Blanchard. In this day and age you would figure dealerships would do whatever it takes to please people, but not this dealership!!! I left Rhett Blanchard messages and guess what, NO CALL BACK!!! THIS DEALERSHIP IS GARBAGE!!! NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE THEY ARE GARBAGE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! More
