Wonderful and Pleasant Experience!!!!!!! He was totally professional, knowledgeable, and so very patient with all the questions that my husband and I asked about any vehicle on the lot. We informed him of what we were looking for and he helped us to pinpoint the correct vehicle for us. We were very comfortable with the whole negotiation process, and he was so patient and understanding when we decided to "sleep on it". When we called him back the next day to finalize an agreeable price, he took care of everything and had the papers ready to sign soon after our arrival at the dealership. I was impressed with how personable he was and actually the whole dealership, from beginning to end. We are looking at a very similar car that was closer to us, but Nick worked hard to get us the deal that made it worth our while to make the longer trip. When we arrived, the financial details that we discussed on the phone were as expected - no surprises thank goodness. Knowing that we needed a second vehicle (we have an SUV), I needed something that I could run errands and do other things that required vehicle transportation; I called and made an appointment. Krystal Rankin was the sales representative that sat down with me. I told her my needs. She showed me several used vehicles (which was what I wanted), When she brought out the Nissan Versa hatchback, I loved it! It's just right for me, my husband can ride in it comfortably (which was important to me)! I thank Krystal for her professionalism, patience and attention to what I needed!
