My salesman David was fabulous and very helpful. Never pressured me in any way. The dealership was great to work with and I would go back to them again. My only problem was I was told that the dealershi pressured me in any way. The dealership was great to work with and I would go back to them again. My only problem was I was told that the dealership would take care of getting the registration changed on the car and my insurance switched. It took longer than a month to get the new registration and then I learned that the insurance had never been changed, so I was technically driving without insurance!!! I would make sure to stay on top of this if they offer to help with these things. More

The dealership did a great job from begging to end. I requested a quote from a website, they called me in 15 minutes with the exact car I wanted at the exact price. My husband and I had no intention of buying a car that day. We had just decided that current car had a lot of miles on it and we needed to look for an inexpensive used car that was good on gas. We both had decided years ago that we never wanted to purchase a new car again due to the cost. We were going out to supper when we past Asheville Hyundai and saw a used suv that wanted to look. Billy Hill greeted us as soon as we parked our car. Verypolite and knowledgeble. He could answer any question we had. We saw several used cars we wanted to look at. We even told him we were just beginning to start looking around and had plans to look around at other dealerships over the next few weeks. He was still very helpful. He was happy to run back and forth to find keys for several different vehicles and accompanied us on short drives in each one. One of the cars turned out to be just want we were lookin for and at a fair price. We decided we go ahead and purchase it before someone else did. It was already after 7pm but Billy said he would be glad to start the paper work that evening. This was great since that day was the only one my husband and I had off together since we worked opposite days. The details were worked out and the payment were in the range that we wanted. While things were being finalized my husband notice some photo on the wall above Billy's desk of some actual fuel mileage rewdings. They were in the 40s. When Billy game back with paper to sign we asked about the photos. He said they were from the showroom car. We looked the car over. It was a beautiful silver Hyundai Elantra. Lots of room. We have kids over six foot tall. They would have plenty of let room in the back. Four door. Reasonably priced too. We asked Billy to run the numbers on it too. Buy the time the the finance rate for w new car versus the the rate on the used car were calculated there wasn't much difference in the price. The payment options were in our price range. We were sold and decided on the Elantra. To our disappointment another couple had just signed the paper work on the very same car. billy took us outside and showed us three other cars in different colors. We picked w dark grey. It was just as beautiful as the silver one. By this time it was 9pm. They fixed the paper work and we were approved right there on the spot. They would deal with the bank for us in the morning. By this time it was pouring the rain. Billy went with us to clean out our old car. He got soaked. He then took the time to show us how all the interior gadgets worked. What a really nice guy. Come to find out he hadn't eaten since breakfast because he had given his lunch to the couple who just bought the silver Elantra. They weren't even buying a car from him. We were now the owners of a new car. Never that would happen! We never felt pressured!. If we ever buy a new or used car again we will go to Asheville Hyundai first and ask to see Billy Hill. More

I'm a single mother who has never purchased my own car. I spent a month researching used cars and visiting car dealerships. I found my "new to me" used car on the Hyundai of Asheville website and headed down spent a month researching used cars and visiting car dealerships. I found my "new to me" used car on the Hyundai of Asheville website and headed down to check it out. Up to this point I had encountered indifferent and downright sleazy car dealers. Dan Brown made me realize there is at least one great car salesman left. I told him I was interested in the vehicle and exactly how much I had to spend. The car listed for more than I had in my budget, and I felt it was a shot in the dark that I would go home with this car. Dan made it happen and walked me thru the whole process. He helped me with questions about insurance and a few other things I had no clue about. He made sure my new car got an oil change and air filter as well as scheduling an appointment to bring the car in to fix a ding from the previous ownership(at no charge to me). Dan made sure I would have no worries for the next 5000 miles which is when my oil change is due. He even installed my son's carseat for me. I got a great deal on my vehicle and great customer service here. Everyone I talked with was helpful and polite without being condescending to my lack of knowledge and experience. So ladies (or gentlemen), if you are looking for a car dealer with integrity, I highly recommend Hyundai of Asheville and Mr. Dan Brown. More

I am VERY upset!! I was looking to buy a car and had a bad experience from the start. They were very rigid with their pricing, finally after making a very hard decision to spend the money I decided to mak bad experience from the start. I asked to put money down on the car to save it and Mary Ann said that there was no need to do that and that she would just hide the car. I was not informed that I was not able to put money down on the car and that I needed to fill out paperwork to hold the car. I then got a phone call saying that they were going to sell the car and I needed to rush up there. I was at work and unable to get away. It was then I was informed that I was unable to put money down on the car. The car sold before I had a chance to do anything. I wanted that car very much and have been looking very hard to find that specific car. I am very displeased with the way business was done and am furious about the car. I will not refer anyone to them and will make sure that I steer people away from doing business with you. More
