Justin Primm took the time to find out what I wanted and needed in a vehicle and found me exactly what I was looking for. He also went to great lengths to go over every aspect of the car and answer all of my many questions which I really appreciated since I don't know much about cars. The dealership gave me a fair price for my trade and worked hard to get me a low interest rate. I am thankful for everyone there at Hyundai of Asheville and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new or used car. When you get there, ask for Justin Primm.......he is AWESOME!!!!! Love My New Car On 4-11-2014 I had an appointment with the service department of Hyundai of Asheville because my 2007 Hyundai Elantra was slipping out of 5th gear. Th On 4-11-2014 I had an appointment with the service department of Hyundai of Asheville because my 2007 Hyundai Elantra was slipping out of 5th gear. The man at the service department was very nice, I'm sorry I can't remember his name. Anyhow it turned out that even though the transmission was still under warranty I might have to buy a new clutch which was almost $800.00. My 100,000 mile warranty would expire soon and then I would be left to pay all future repairs on my own. I had talked to Justin the day before thinking it might be better to get another car. I didn't want to get a new one at first, but then the financing and interest rate was better so it seemed to make more sense. Justin was very helpful and listened to all my concerns. He helped me find just the right car which I now love. He even got me coffee! I never felt rushed or pressured to make a deal. I met several of the other people there and everyone was nice. I would definitely recommend Justin and Hyundai of Asheville to anyone looking to get another car. More

Sonata Hybrid In March I had decided to start looking around for a more fuel friendly car to replace my gas guzzling SUV I stopped by my local Hyundai dealer and te In March I had decided to start looking around for a more fuel friendly car to replace my gas guzzling SUV I stopped by my local Hyundai dealer and test drove a few of their gas and hybrids, the dealership their was just fantastic from the time I walked in till the time the deal was finalized my sales consultant was Justin Primm he worked very hard to find the right car for my budget and fuel economy needs and never stopped until both those needs were met, even when I thought I wasn't going to be able to get both fuel and price to meet my needs he comes up with a 2013 Sonata Hybrid that at last met both price and fuel needs for me, I love this car they filled up the tank and detailed the car before I left and as of this review im going on my 4th week on that same tank of gas and all my driving has been in city and calculating by the time I do have to fill up I will have drove somewhere between 550 to close to 600 miles from my driving habits so far I couldn't be more happy with not only my purchase but also a very friendly dealership that works and strives hard to meet their customers needs and I like to send a very special thank you to Justin for not only a no pressure experience but also not forgetting me even after the sale he's called me several times to make sure everything is what I expected, so many dealers once they make the sale your forgot all about, not the case here thank you again Hyundai of Asheville I will be back for future business. Great expirence I purchased a 2009 BMW last week from Justin. It was the best car buying expirence I have ever had. Justin was on his game from the first contact we h I purchased a 2009 BMW last week from Justin. It was the best car buying expirence I have ever had. Justin was on his game from the first contact we had until after the final sale and delivery of the vehicle. He and the managers stayed until almost 10:30 in the evening to get everything finalized.
