Myself and my mother visited Hyundai of Asheville during their special sale on Sunday. The visit started out very pleasantly, it was busy so it took a while to be approached by a salesman. We was greeted their special sale on Sunday. The visit started out very pleasantly, it was busy so it took a while to be approached by a salesman. We was greeted by a very charming friendly associate from salsibury Mr. Brown. He made us feel very welcome and accommodated us with many test drives. We agreed we favored a used 2012 accent gls with 10600 miles. We was then approached by Mr Beaver to discuss the price and trade in values. We was offered 1000 for our vehicle which was very offensive to me. They asked 19800 for there used accent, they might as well have slapped me in the face with offer. Reason being a brand new accent with the options this one offered should have not been over 17500 sticker price. After we discussed it beaver told me that he gave me a price on an ellantra. Easy mistake, he was to contact me the next day with the correct price but he did not honor his word. I have spoke with different salesman to find out there asking price but I am blown off. Started out having good experience but left offended and with a bad taste in my mouth. I will consider Hyundai as a future vehicle but will never do business with these crooks. More

In the past I have purchased vehicles from Mercedes, Lexus, BMW, Hummer & Corvette dealerships and I must say that the courtesy, friendliness, competence and thoroughness of Dan Brown and his staff including Mary Ann Leavins, Brian Beaver & Kelly in the finance dept was unsurpassed !! Deb and I came across Dan Brown and Hyundai of Asheville while we were out shopping for a new car, you see Deb had been hit in the rearend on 12/29/11 totalling her 2008 Subaru Tribeca. While we were waiting an answer from a dealership just down the street, we stooped to look at Hyundai of Asheville and met Dan Brown, who we talked to in lenghth. He ask us a question that no other saleperson had bothered to ask us. "what was our needs, what were we looking for and then proceeded to share all of Hyundais options, financing and other needed information. Deb had owned a new 2008 Sante Fe and she really liked it, except it was not AWD. Dan answered every question we had and made us feel good about buying a vehicle once again. We left the dealership with Dan's card in hand as well as a brochure for the new 2012 Hyundai Sant Fe. That night Deb and I talked it over and we both knew we wanted to buy a Sante Fe so the next morning we called Dan and made an appointment. When we arrived he had 2 vehicles waiting for us to look at. Once again we spoke about what we wanted and went from there. Inside everybody made us feel right at home and that was a good thing, taking the stress out of buying a vehicle. Dan made the paperwork and financing go smooth and easy. He kept us informed during the entire process. Gene Cline made sure we got the best deal possible. Dan Brown by far is the best saleperson we have ever delt with, the entire Hyundai of Asheville team is a truly a TEAM, honest and friendly beyond any we have met, and we have bought many vehicles. Deb and I highly recommend Dan and Hyundai of Asheville to all our friends and family or anyone looking for a great deal, a good car and stressless vehicler purchasing. We also want to mention how much we apprecited Kelli up in financing who was a delight during our contract signing. Dan and the Hyundai team helped us buy a car, they did not sale us a car. All the staff at Hyundai were so friendly and professional but REAL. It was a fun day, just a simple, carefree experience all the way up to the high five and the little OK dance Deb did in the showroom. By the way we purchased the 2012 Sante Fe in Black Forest Green....everyone loves it and the Bluetooth is a great feature too along with the AWD. Michael was very professional. He was not high pressured and listened to my needs and worked tirelessly to meet these needs. I was able to secure a used Santa Fe very quickley and while the financing situation I had was difficult, Michael never gave up or discouraged me from the ability to secure the vehicle. Exactly one month after my purchase, my engine light and ABS lights came on in the truck. I took my vehicle to the service center and while I bought the car "as is", Michael saw to it that the repair was covered by the dealership. While this repair was only $100 and it was no reflection or result of their negligence in the sale, in the interest of customer service, they covered the cost. I would highly recommend this dealership to others. In fact, my sister will be looking for a Santa Fe and will be working with Michael in the future. Thank You Hyundai of Asheville !! More

Michael Jordan replied to our online inquiries regarding the 2012 Hyundai Accent. He was prompt and thorough with replies to our specific questions. When we came into the dealership, Michael was able to ta the 2012 Hyundai Accent. He was prompt and thorough with replies to our specific questions. When we came into the dealership, Michael was able to take us for a test drive and answer all of our various questions regarding the vehicle and other models. We were specifically interested in fuel economy and he was very knowledgable in that area. We had a very nice experience after searching for a used car all morning. Mary Anne was a bit pushy but I expect that from a sales rep. The only bad experience we had today was waiting so long to hear about financing and to sign the papers once financing was approved. It was a Saturday that we were in and the it was busy. I will recommend this dealership and Mary Anne to others. More
The car buying process is never fun...however our recent purchase of a vehicle at Hyundai of Asheville was about as hassel free as it gets. Our first salesman, Dan, was friendly, knowledgable and not overbearing. We were disappointed to hear that due to a medical leave, we had to change salesmen. What are the odds that we would get a second likeable person to deal with? We did! Michael picked up the ball right were Dan left it. We did our test driving early in the process and saw the exact make and model that we wanted, but we were not ready to buy. When we were ready to buy "our new car" was nowhere to be found. Michael oversaw a computer search to locate the vehicle we wanted and within 2 days of the request, our car was waiting for us come take it home. Since we had a leased vehicle to drop off, Michael did not hesitate to offer a ride from the other dealership to his to complete the transaction. We will be happy to do business with this dealership again in the future. More
