Earlier this week I visited Hyundai of Ashville to look at a used Acura MDX. I didn't end up purchasing the car, but was particularly impressed with my sales rep, Mary Ann. Mary Ann was very striaght forward and open with me regarding the vehicle price, condition, how the purchasing process works, etc... When I had a few questions about the vehicles mechanical condition and she called a friend of hers (not associated with her dealership) and asked him to answer any questions I had, regardless of whether it would be good or bad for her sale. All that said, I was impressed Mary Ann's integrity (which is rare in this business), her connections, and her attitude. That said, I want to give her and her dealership a strong recommendation. More
I had no intention of purchasing a car when I first went to Hyundai of Asheville. I am now the proud owner of a new Accent and I'm very happy with my purchase! The sales associate I dealt with, Richard, was a terrific guy. He was genuine, honest, and sincere, he helped me find the best financing options available and wasn't too pushy or overbearing at all. Overall, as a "first-timer" at the whole car buying thing, I couldn't be more content with the service I received at Hyundai of Asheville, and I'll definitely recommend them to friends and family in the future! I was very dissapointed in this dealership after reading such great reviews. I was quoted a price via an internet buying website that was substantially less than my local dealership in Tennessee, so I call such great reviews. I was quoted a price via an internet buying website that was substantially less than my local dealership in Tennessee, so I called to verify the pricing. I was assured that the price was accurate and that they had the car in stock. Upon my getting there, the car was in stock, although not the color I was told and the price was thousands more than they told me on the phone and via the internet!!!! I was told that the price on the internet included all the rebates offered and I didn't qualify for them. I showed them my print out indicating that I did qualify and that those were promised 'in writing' to be taken off the price quote. They said that the website was not working properly and that there was an error in the pricing. Really?? After 2hrs of going back in forth, they finally relented to sell me the vehicle for 'only' $700 more than the gaurunteed internet price that was supposed to be no haggle. I was so mad at this point that I left and made the 1.5hr drive back home. This is a black mark for not only the dealership, but for the auto buying website as well. I will not recommend either of these companies to others. More

We were very impressed with the friendliness of Michael and Charles. They were pleasant and helpful as well as providing the information that we needed. What meant the most to us is that they weren't pus and Charles. They were pleasant and helpful as well as providing the information that we needed. What meant the most to us is that they weren't pushy salesmen, which would have pushed us right out the door never to return. We don't do "pushy". We dealt with Michael over a period of two months as they were trying to locate the exact car that we wanted with all the options we wanted. Michael stayed in touch with us to update us periodically on the search. Even though they never did find the car we wanted in the color we wanted, when they got the 2013 Veloster in a metallic blue color, Michael called us to tell us and we went to see it and ended up buying it. We love our Veloster! More
