I never want to go anywhere else for ANY of my car needs. I have bought and sold many cars in the past. This is by FAR the best experience I have EVER had in this matter. Darion Burgess is informative, super friendly, and very patient, among other great professional traits. He listened to all of my needs and issues (which believe me, were MANY) and explored every option imaginable to get me out of my old Hyundai Tucson and into my new 2015 Elantra without me feeling swindled or twisted in any way. I also worked directly with Drew and Shannon and they both were awesome people and extremely helpful. I knew the car I wante Gosh, where do I start on my recent experience with Hyundai of Asheville? First off, I live and work in Knoxville, Tennessee. I knew the car I wanted but had no luck finding it at the two Knoxville area Hyundai Dealerships. Thus, surfing on the internet I went. I wanted to find a 2011-2012 Certified Genesis Coupe 2.0T. I came upon Hyundai of Asheville's website and there was the car I had been looking for! I contacted Nick Dimitris and told him I would be on their lot to look at the car this past Saturday. As I wasn't trading in my current vehicle, I had to have someone bring me. And then the flu came a calling and I lost my ride. I called Nick this past Saturday morning and stated I would have to let the car I had been searching a while for go. He promptly made arrangements for the car to be delivered literally to my driveway in west Knoxville. 2 hours later, I am taking a test drive in the car I now own. Easily the coolest experience I have ever had with a car dealership. I can't thank Nick enough for his help. Even though we have two local Hyundai dealerships here in my area, I will definitely be a repeat customer of Hyundai of Asheville. Too often, sales people come across as slick, too talkative, and only concerned with making a sale. I found Chris to be the complete opposite. I thoroughly enjoyed his "European approach" to making this sale and found him to be honest, dedicated, and straight to the point when he needed to be. Did I get a GREAT deal…..who knows…. but, I felt I was treated honestly and was happy with the final results. Look for Chris when you go to Hyundai of Asheville. You will not be disappointed with his efforts and he is a rising star at that dealership. More

I did my research online, came clear about what I wanted, and found Darion, along with the rest of the team and the whole process there, both pleasant and flexible as well as creative enough to enable solutions, and deliver the deal I was looking for, in a friendly and effective way. I was equally impressed by Ryan Nazionale, the Internet/finance manager who handled the closing of the contract. Also very friendly, knowledgable and responsive – the kind of guy you’d want to close the deal in a graceful way, leaving you with a taste of a desirable long term business relation. Also very helpful and solution oriented – Drew Swaim, and a clear and personable general manager, Billy Hill, obviously driving an effective team there. A cool dealership, responsive and without the usual pressure – lined up to deliver results in a comfortable process. This was my impression of the day and of a follow-up visit since. Hyundai of Asheville exceeded our expectations and excelled beyond all of our prior experiences with car dealers. Robert Braswell (Internet Sales and Leasing Specialist) and Billy Hill (General Sales Manager) were a breath of fresh air in contrast to the slick tricks and high-pressured tactics often characteristic of car dealers. Robert and Billy were professional, honest, and respectful. They let us know in a friendly manner that they wanted to earn our business, and they outperformed all other dealers in the Western Carolina and East Tennessee region. The service and finance departments have also been excellent. We very much enjoyed meeting with Shannon Hudson, Finance Director. Again, he applied no pressure to buy extended warranties or other options. Like Robert and Billy, he was simply direct and very professional. We've had our other Hyundai serviced here, and they did excellent work at an affordable price. My positive experience at Hyundai of Asheville has been my only major consumer purchase that was headache-and-hassle free, and I look forward to great sales and service at HA in the future.
