I was able to secure a used Santa Fe very quickley and while the financing situation I had was difficult, Michael never gave up or discouraged me from the ability to secure the vehicle. Exactly one month after my purchase, my engine light and ABS lights came on in the truck. I took my vehicle to the service center and while I bought the car "as is", Michael saw to it that the repair was covered by the dealership. While this repair was only $100 and it was no reflection or result of their negligence in the sale, in the interest of customer service, they covered the cost. I would highly recommend this dealership to others. In fact, my sister will be looking for a Santa Fe and will be working with Michael in the future. Thank You Hyundai of Asheville !! More

Michael Jordan replied to our online inquiries regarding the 2012 Hyundai Accent. He was prompt and thorough with replies to our specific questions. When we came into the dealership, Michael was able to ta the 2012 Hyundai Accent. He was prompt and thorough with replies to our specific questions. We had a very nice experience after searching for a used car all morning. Mary Anne was a bit pushy but I expect that from a sales rep. The only bad experience we had today was waiting so long to hear about financing and to sign the papers once financing was approved. It was a Saturday that we were in and the it was busy. I will recommend this dealership and Mary Anne to others. More
The car buying process is never fun...however our recent purchase of a vehicle at Hyundai of Asheville was about as hassel free as it gets. Our first salesman, Dan, was friendly, knowledgable and not overbearing. We were disappointed to hear that due to a medical leave, we had to change salesmen. What are the odds that we would get a second likeable person to deal with? We did! Michael picked up the ball right were Dan left it. We did our test driving early in the process and saw the exact make and model that we wanted, but we were not ready to buy. When we were ready to buy "our new car" was nowhere to be found. Michael oversaw a computer search to locate the vehicle we wanted and within 2 days of the request, our car was waiting for us come take it home. Since we had a leased vehicle to drop off, Michael did not hesitate to offer a ride from the other dealership to his to complete the transaction. We will be happy to do business with this dealership again in the future. More
My salesman David was fabulous and very helpful. Never pressured me in any way. The dealership was great to work with and I would go back to them again. My only problem was I was told that the dealershi pressured me in any way. The dealership was great to work with and I would go back to them again. My only problem was I was told that the dealership would take care of getting the registration changed on the car and my insurance switched. It took longer than a month to get the new registration and then I learned that the insurance had never been changed, so I was technically driving without insurance!!! I would make sure to stay on top of this if they offer to help with these things. More

My husband and I had no intention of buying a car that day. We had just decided that current car had a lot of miles on it and we needed to look for an inexpensive used car that was good on gas. We both had decided years ago that we never wanted to purchase a new car again due to the cost. We were going out to supper when we past Asheville Hyundai and saw a used suv that wanted to look. Billy Hill greeted us as soon as we parked our car. Verypolite and knowledgeble. He could answer any question we had. We saw several used cars we wanted to look at. We even told him we were just beginning to start looking around and had plans to look around at other dealerships over the next few weeks. He was still very helpful. He was happy to run back and forth to find keys for several different vehicles and accompanied us on short drives in each one. One of the cars turned out to be just want we were lookin for and at a fair price. We decided we go ahead and purchase it before someone else did. It was already after 7pm but Billy said he would be glad to start the paper work that evening. This was great since that day was the only one my husband and I had off together since we worked opposite days. The details were worked out and the payment were in the range that we wanted. While things were being finalized my husband notice some photo on the wall above Billy's desk of some actual fuel mileage rewdings. They were in the 40s. When Billy game back with paper to sign we asked about the photos. He said they were from the showroom car. We looked the car over. It was a beautiful silver Hyundai Elantra. Lots of room. We have kids over six foot tall. They would have plenty of let room in the back. Four door. Reasonably priced too. We asked Billy to run the numbers on it too. Buy the time the the finance rate for w new car versus the the rate on the used car were calculated there wasn't much difference in the price. The payment options were in our price range. We were sold and decided on the Elantra. To our disappointment another couple had just signed the paper work on the very same car. billy took us outside and showed us three other cars in different colors. We picked w dark grey. It was just as beautiful as the silver one. By this time it was 9pm. They fixed the paper work and we were approved right there on the spot. They would deal with the bank for us in the morning. By this time it was pouring the rain. Billy went with us to clean out our old car. He got soaked. He then took the time to show us how all the interior gadgets worked. What a really nice guy. Come to find out he hadn't eaten since breakfast because he had given his lunch to the couple who just bought the silver Elantra. They weren't even buying a car from him. We were now the owners of a new car. Never that would happen! We never felt pressured!. If we ever buy a new or used car again we will go to Asheville Hyundai first and ask to see Billy Hill. More
