5 recalls fixed Friendly staff, clean building, timely repairs. Great Service! This was my first experience with the service center at Hyundai of Anderson. I loved being able to book an appointment online and not have to worry ab This was my first experience with the service center at Hyundai of Anderson. I loved being able to book an appointment online and not have to worry about waiting a long time at the dealership. I was in and out for an oil change and tire rotation in about 40 minutes. The staff was very friendly and accommodating! I will be returning!! More

I was pleased with the staff. I have no evidence of any problems with the servicing of my Sonata, however I can't help but suspect that the work was not all done, or not done effic I have no evidence of any problems with the servicing of my Sonata, however I can't help but suspect that the work was not all done, or not done efficiently when I brought it in to have 2 recalls taken care of. It seemed strange that I went in for 2 recalls, but when I picked up the car the receipt said 3 recalls had been taken care of! I never knew what the 3rd one was! Then just a week later the engine malfunction light comes on and I noticed the "jerking" when I accelerated! That too was diagnosed as "a recall" with no explanation as to what the actual problem was. I can't help but wonder if something was left undone on that first recall trip???? At any rate, the work was done and we were not charged for the work nor for the wrecker service to bring the car to Anderson! We are very thankful for that! We had assumed the transmission was failing and envisioned a huge expense. It was a blessing to find out that was NOT the problem and that Hyundai was taking care of the cost! More

....just let me know ahead of time I went in for an oil change. I had already scheduled a tire rotation at another store for the same morning. The rotation was scheduled 1-1/2 hours a I went in for an oil change. I had already scheduled a tire rotation at another store for the same morning. The rotation was scheduled 1-1/2 hours after the oil change. After about 45 minutes past the oil change start I asked how soon the car would be ready because I had another appointment scheduled and it was a half hour drive to the next service. I got called after an hour in service and went over the bill to learn that I had received a free tire rotation...which was great BUT had I gone to the rotation place before I came to Hyundai to get my oil change, my tires would have been rotated right back to where they had been earlier that day. Had I not been told about the rotation (which I was), I would never have known the tires had been put back to their old positions! My only point is that free service is great, but it should be discussed beforehand to make sure the customer wants it and has time for it. This is not a complaint because it saved me a trip to the rotation place, but it should have been discussed ahead of time. More
