Should not take two business days to get a tire for car Since dealership sells the car I drive, it should not take two business days to get a tire. I ended up having to miss work due to this mess up by se Since dealership sells the car I drive, it should not take two business days to get a tire. I ended up having to miss work due to this mess up by service center. Kept being promised but promises did not come through and the kicker at the end was they were going to charge me for name brand tire which was $100.00 more than the $89.00 tire they put on my car. Thank goodness this error was caught before I over paid for a cheap tire. Also, when a new tire is put on the car the customer should not have to ask why the tire light is still on in car. They had to drive car back in garage pump up tires, drive it around block to make sure light was off. This should have been taken care of after tire was placed on car since that the reason car was in shop to start. More

Melissa is so efficient, and the entire staff accommodating. Was in, repaired, out, and on the road again in less than 30 minutes with repair completed and a like-new auto! These folks really know what they are doing!!! More

This is not unreasonable and it sets the dealership apart from all the quick lube service centers (actually some even give this courtesy) So when we are inconvenienced, as I was yesterday, due to a mishap done by the dealership...we as customers would be more understanding. Lastly, cashiers are like hostesses. They are the greeters and the last impressions the customer is left with. They should not have to multitask to the point that they seem too overwhelmed to be the business's customer service reps. or dare I say "ambassadors". More
