I cannot say enough! Words alone cannot express the appreciation I have for this dealership! I bought my car in February and was in a wreck a week later (seriously... I ca Words alone cannot express the appreciation I have for this dealership! I bought my car in February and was in a wreck a week later (seriously... I cannot make this up) in which both of the other trucks were totaled. My Sonata needed some cosmetic work, but she was solid! That alone had me sold on Hyundai's. This week, however solidified my love of your dealership. I had an appointment to get my first service (oil and the works) and just an hour before, I hit one of the nastiest potholes around apparently because not only did it ruin my tire, it bent my rim. I was stuck on the side of the road and when my husband called to tell the service department what was going on, they were ready to send someone to help me. Luckily, my father-in-law was able to pump the tire up enough for me to get to the dealership. When I arrived, I was treated with such graciousness from Kline and the guys in the department. He was able to help me calm down and keep cool and assisted me as I navigated through the process of purchasing not one, but two new tires and a rim. The service was above and beyond what I could have imagined and I will forever be grateful for all that was done for me. Thank you doesn't seem enough. I can honestly say that I will never again buy anything buy a Hyundai and it will only be from this dealership! God bless! More

Mr. Deason and his staff are absolutely the nicest, most efficient service department! They serviced my car, rotated tires, and cleaned the car in less than an hour's time. The waiting area is so clean and the guys get the service completed in such a timely manner that I never mind waiting on the service. Love this Hyundai service department! More

Service Department Performance Has Improved Significantly I have done business with Hyundai of Anderson for the last 2 1/2 years. Until approx. one year ago I was very dissatisfied with my service experienc I have done business with Hyundai of Anderson for the last 2 1/2 years. Until approx. one year ago I was very dissatisfied with my service experiences and would not have recommended either Hyundai or Hyundai of Anderson. Squeaks and rattles were not fixed and even worse the Service Department would not acknowledge they existed and when they finally could hear them they could not find them to fix. Too many trips to the dealer without results. I even considered giving up and selling my Genesis and going back to Toyota. Well, somewhere in the last year or so, things really turned around - for the better. Mike Deason became the Service Manager and now had someone focused on getting my car fixed and can fix it. My Genesis now drives like a dream and my service experiences are excellent. I feel a real customer focus. And I have a Service Manager I can trust. What a difference one person can make. I am now a fan of Mike Deason, Hyundai and Hyundai of Anderson. Life is Good again (and I saved a lot of money by keeping my Genesis).. More
Fastest place for maintaing a car.. I bought a 2014 Hyundai for the first time 6 mths ago after always having Kia's or Chevy's. I still love my car. With life getting in the way, I get a email to remind me of getting my car in for maintenance. They get me in and out with washing my car for me less than 30mins. Fastest place that I have ever gone too. They even told me about a recall on something and fixed it for me.. I will forever buy a Hyundai. More
