This is the most honest, transparent, upfront dealership I have been to in a long, long, time. While other dealerships in metro Atlanta wanted to gouge you on the pricing of the new 2022 Santa Cruz, Hyundai I have been to in a long, long, time. This is the worst dealership I have ever had to deal with in my life. I bought a 2015 Hyundai Veloster. The check engine light came on the next day. Dealer refused to do anything, a few weeks later the car n in my life. I bought a 2015 Hyundai Veloster. The check engine light came on the next day. Dealer refused to do anything, a few weeks later the car no longer functions and Hyundai tells me I need a new engine. Waited several months for warranty response. Warranty would only cover half of my engine. I then waited another few months for them to order the parts for the engine. They eventually got all the parts. After about another month of waiting I texted the general manager and received no response. Several weeks later I got a call from a different general manager saying it would be about a week before I get my car back. I waited a week, went to the dealer, and the general manager, (Curt Boykin), proceeded to tell me it would still be about a week. I asked him several questions regarding my car and he just stared at me like I was crazy. If you would like to purchase a decent car, take your business elsewhere. This whole experience has honestly been terrible in every way, shape, and form. More
I was able to get a early appointment with Jimmy Brown service advisor and Brandon Dillard Service Manager with an issue of a bad clock spring, they booked me in and fixed the problem and had me out in a service advisor and Brandon Dillard Service Manager with an issue of a bad clock spring, they booked me in and fixed the problem and had me out in a hour. Will not take my car back again! I have a 2014 Santa Fe that is taking in water on back floor boards. They had it for a week and Cala me and tell me they can’t find the leak. No I’m not a mechanic but wouldn’t you dry the floors first so you can find the leak? They supposedly fixed the leak in a past visit. NOT! I have told them multiple times since I bought it that it sounds like window is open when over 50mph. They can’t hear it when everyone who rides with me can? I had a accident with the car asked them to check it out kept it all day called said we checked it out nothing wrong. I drive it can hear a noise in back wheel still. I take it back again and am told don’t want you driving off the lot it’s not safe! But couldn’t find any thing before. They seen my car for the last time will drive to Greenville! I had salesman tell me They have changed their service department new managers and owners. Don’t buy this line either cause their still the same. Guess the jokes you hear about salesman are true they will tell you anything for a sale. More
Shady Salesman My wife and I stopped in to look at a Cadillac in person that I had viewed online.
