Service department I took my Santa Fe to have warranty work and normal service work completed last week. Melissa was the service writer and made sure that my experience with the service department was positive. I was kept informed during the wait. The work was completed in a timely manner. I was notified of what could not be completed do to the need to order parts and was told I would be notified when the parts arrived. My vehicle was washed and dried and brought back to the service area when the work was completed. More

First was when I purchased the car, was supposed to be washed and more info given on bells and whistles but everyone disappeared and the car wasn't washed. Not sure I would use this dealer if and when I make my next purchase. Considering I paid cash, with no financing, thought I would get better consideration. More
