Excellent experience buying a new Veloster N 6MT (SAVE THE MANUALS). Hyundai and Kia provide more bang for the buck and it was great to find exactly what I wanted at MSRP - without stupid "market adjust THE MANUALS). Hyundai and Kia provide more bang for the buck and it was great to find exactly what I wanted at MSRP - without stupid "market adjustments", forced "packages" that amount to paying a lot of money for nothing of value, or even an exorbatant documentation fee. Shalonda was professional and responsive, and James made the F&I / documentation part quick and painless (I brought my own financing that he was unable to beat). Overall, I highly recommend this dealership. More

Do not trust this dealer! ! They advertised a "no dealer mark up" deal and then added a $1297 "dealer addendum" to the price as well as a delivery fee of $789 (which the GM lat ! They advertised a "no dealer mark up" deal and then added a $1297 "dealer addendum" to the price as well as a delivery fee of $789 (which the GM later said was usually free). After 6 promises the GM Curt Boykin did not live up to his offer to refund $2086 that they overcharged on my new Palisade purchase. Buy elsewhere! More
