Great Service! I scheduled a visit for my first oil change. I got there first thing in the AM, and the gentleman there was very friendly and helpful. I inquired on t I scheduled a visit for my first oil change. I got there first thing in the AM, and the gentleman there was very friendly and helpful. I inquired on the cost to also rotate my tires. He informed me it was $10. I asked for that to be done also. At lunchtime when I went to pick up my car, it was ready and sitting right out front. I was NOT charged for the tire rotation, they went ahead and added that as a courtesy. I will definitely be taking my car here from now on. They are very friendly & efficient, and they don't make you feel like you are a burden to them, like a lot of other car service centers do. More

The visit before my most recent one was very disappointing because I sat for 1-1/2 hours beyond my appointment time before my car was pulled into the shop. I told them about this when I booked this service on-line. When I pulled in, Kline Matthews came outside to greet me and immediately apologized for the previous wait, assured me this time would be different and got me in exactly on schedule. He had read my comments ahead of my arrival and was watching for me to make sure I knew he was aware of what happened last time. I ended up needing warranty work so I was given a loaner car. I was called by Melissa Stamps when my car was ready. Both Kline and Melissa were great to deal with...great attitudes and personalities. More
