During this purchase/lease process, I felt the associates were always friendly, knowledgeable, and were genuinely customer service oriented. Ashley was a "real" person who wanted to hear our needs and worked diligently to get answers to all our questions. I feel I have a new friend. She was SUPER. In the leasing process, Mike was so patient and willing to work with us on adjustments, titles, and finance issues. The sales manager and management worked with us in finding the car we needed and followed the process from beginning until the delivery. SO NICE to have a good experience and I can truly thank this family oriented, professional car dealership for this.
