Not to be Trusted Wesley Butt was manager that day. The contract had to be changed 4 to five times because it did not reflect the price that they agreed on verbally. Wesley Butt was manager that day. At one point they wanted me to sign a contract without my trade in being deduct from the cost of the car when i had already signed that they were getting my car as a trade in. He made a change to include my trade in but then raised the price of the car by $2000 on the contact. Before signing a contract, make sure to look at every line item especially if you have a trade in because you can end up paying more for the car than what the sticker price says and in turn, giving away your trade in for free. More

We didn't get what we were told....very shifty I am not sure who this would fall on, but the staff knew our situation. Being 5 months pregnant and looking for a family sized car, my husband out of I am not sure who this would fall on, but the staff knew our situation. We found a Sante-Fe that was on sale for 21,000 for a discounted price on the website after we were quoted 31,000 for the car. Then once I showed them the paperwork from online they acted like they did not know. So they started with the process. Pretty much said I could get that price because I was a loyal customer and then came out with 28,000 for my price. Said that was the warranty added on that came with the car because we didn't add any warranty ourselves. I have since contacted the Hyundai customer support team to speak with them about this. I am just not happy with our experience. I feel like we were taken advantage of. And after speaking with a friend that works at a car dealership in Greenville, he agreed. And told me to contact Hyundai Customer Service. More
