Angela was very helpful and her technician stayed late to finish installing my headlight bulbs due to a recall issue. My only complaint is administrative, when we found out there was a recall we were told t finish installing my headlight bulbs due to a recall issue. My only complaint is administrative, when we found out there was a recall we were told the parts were on back order and they'd call us when they were available but no one ever did and several months went buy where this recall issue became a safety issue driving and I was told someone had put notes on my account that said our car was sold so no one called us back and I didn't find that out till I called to make an appointment. Administratively, they could do better this isn't the first time something like this has happened so either there needs to be better commination or some retraining needs to be done for a smother transiting between all the people handling the car while it's in the shop. I had an appointment for an oil change. I got right in at the appointed time and was met with a very nice lady. I believe her name was Angela.
