My husband and I have gotten 4 or 5 cars from this dealership over the years. Each experience has been better than the one before. Now my daughter wants to come in to see Gary! IF I had left the dealer with my new car sparkling clean with no scratches, no adhesive from whatever the car is covered with at delivery and no water marks or suction cup rings all over the inside of the w with no scratches, no adhesive from whatever the car is covered with at delivery and no water marks or suction cup rings all over the inside of the windshield (the windows were half wiped off), no spots on the roof where it was not dried either and no scuff marks on the back of the driver seat, I would have given a 5+ rating. It took 4 phone calls to have a few scratches buffed out and the adhesive removed. AGAIN, the car was not detailed (washed & dried) after this visit that was supposed to be a few days after purchase and instead was a month later. I left 3 messages for my salesman to call to schedule the appointment and when I didn't hear back from him I left a message for Bruce, the manager. He did not return my call. I finally text the salesman and got a reply. He was having health issues. If that was the case, his manager, Bruce, should have returned one of my calls and fixed the problem or at the very least called to apologize and explain. Instead he called last week and left a message asking for a perfect rating...... This is my 3rd Hyundai and unfortunately I can not give 5 stars for this experience!! More
It’s gone way down hill is all I can say. I purchased my car at this dealership and have only taken it there for service with the exception of 3 times. Right before Covid is when I noticed a I purchased my car at this dealership and have only taken it there for service with the exception of 3 times. Right before Covid is when I noticed a shift in service. Too much to write here, but this last visit was the last straw for me. I won’t name names here, but was spoken down to, and was treated unprofessional. I could say so much more but why bother. I’ll just tell others my experience personally. Stay away, this dealership’s service is one of the worst experiences from scheduling, getting service to paying. More
Your Service Manager (Sal) has taken care of my cars for years. The trust that was built from this relationship would keep me coming back for years. The fact that he no longer works at your location is some years. The trust that was built from this relationship would keep me coming back for years.
