Went in to discuss lease end options. Asked to wait 2+ hours then was told the computer system couldn’t return the numbers they needed and that I’d have to come back. On a previous occasion it was very difficult to actually schedule a service appointment or get into contact with anyone at the service department. They said they were switching their computer systems and services and that accounted for the technical and communication problems. My husband and I did not have a pleasant experience here. We pretty much knew what we wanted, this was an easy sale for them. However, the sales people were super unhelpful, didn't seem to know much about th We pretty much knew what we wanted, this was an easy sale for them. However, the sales people were super unhelpful, didn't seem to know much about their cars and wasted a ton of our time. We put a deposit down and made an appointment to come back and we were there for 3 hours just WAITING on paperwork to finalize the sale. We also did not do a final checklist with them, which we later found out they were supposed to complete with us so we could learn all the features of the car. Our salesperson would get up and leave us for long periods of time without saying what she was doing and we just sat there for hours. I would not buy a car from them again. More
The sales people were fine during the purchase process but since I have emailed twice and also called and no one has gotten back to me in a weeks time. Not feeling good about that. Makes me wonder how the next 10 years of my bumper to bumper warranty is going to go. It's the holidays so I'm going to cut them some slack. If they do better in the next few weeks/ months, I'll be happy to reevaluate this rating. More
