This rating may be exaggerated. My salesperson was great. After that it was disappointing. End up being 5.89% when their website indicated it was 4.09%. They did up the trade-in offer from$500 to $1000 after I indicated I would purchased the car if they up their. The worse experience was waiting two hours when I went to pick up the car. The car prep was not even started when I arrived. After over two hours I got the car after few instruction I finally left. Next day I notice the trunk had debris in it along with some inside the car. I was told they are really short staff but would have prefer they communicate getting the car ready would be problematic and told they needed more time to complete instead of waiting over two hours. Would not return to this dealership. More

Went in to discuss lease end options. Asked to wait 2+ hours then was told the computer system couldn’t return the numbers they needed and that I’d have to come back. They said they were switching their computer systems and services and that accounted for the technical and communication problems. My husband and I did not have a pleasant experience here. We pretty much knew what we wanted, this was an easy sale for them. However, the sales people were super unhelpful, didn't seem to know much about th We pretty much knew what we wanted, this was an easy sale for them. However, the sales people were super unhelpful, didn't seem to know much about their cars and wasted a ton of our time. We put a deposit down and made an appointment to come back and we were there for 3 hours just WAITING on paperwork to finalize the sale. We also did not do a final checklist with them, which we later found out they were supposed to complete with us so we could learn all the features of the car. Our salesperson would get up and leave us for long periods of time without saying what she was doing and we just sat there for hours. I would not buy a car from them again. More
