Gary Fitzgerald is a gem to deal with. It's my experience that most, if not almost all, car dealers rarely listen to what the customer is asking and what's important to them. Listened to my mom, and never once tried to finish her sentence when she was trying to collect her thoughts. Right there I knew the only way she wasn't getting the car and wasn't going anywhere else, was how it drove for her. And we both know she's been driving the Accent for a decade, so we weren't really concerned about it. Also, the professionalism and friendliness of Chey Kpou instantly put her at ease (and going into a dealership building is something that usually causes her some anxiety). Just made the place seem warm. And the same for the finance guy (I am so sorry his name escapes me). That's another part of the process that can feel overwhelming, and the way he made her feel comfortable while learning how to e-sign with her finger was just some A-plus stuff. So thanks again for the great service. She loves the car. I love the car. And we'll be shopping there again. Thanks! Dan More

Two people at the service desk. Both of them hate their jobs & showed it by generally not caring at all. Not their fault!
