I picked up my car in August. They lost my second key in service. They promised to get me a new one. It took 2 months and at least 7 calls. Finally after 6 weeks they admitted that nobody placed an order. This was my first interaction with the service department. It is not give me warm and fuzzy feeling! More
I have to say Rose and Jay are in the right customer service profession. I am almost 80 years old, hearing impaired, I do not text, I do not have a smart phone and I use the computer in the library. service profession.
