Horrible customer service. Took a car in for a scheduled appointment at 7:30, was not called until 3 pm and told they wanted to keep car overnight after being promised by the r Took a car in for a scheduled appointment at 7:30, was not called until 3 pm and told they wanted to keep car overnight after being promised by the receptionist I would get the car back the same day. Then, after having a diagnostic two issues were identified on the diagnostic report stating immediate attention required but never disclosed to me by the technician . The technician told me my car was fine to my face. I attempted to call and see what the issues were 7 times and left voicemails throughout the day and was only able to get through to someone after complaining. Do not service your car through this entity as they will not provide prompt service to your vehicle or tell you what the issues are. Spoke with the mananger who said I complained like his wife so highly condescending as well More
