My check engine light came on, needed to replace a faulty catalytic converter. The team is booked pretty solid through early June, but they somehow found time to fit me in. I was still expecting a bit of a delay in the repair being complete, they are busy and I understand that. That said, I only have one car, they did not have any loaners available, and my insurance doesn't cover a rental for regular repairs. Imagine my surprise when my car was ready same day!! I have a number of driving trips coming up over the summer, I was leaving for one of them 2 days later so was not expecting to have my car back. They were so nice, and truly amazing, the entire team! This is how you create customer loyalty. Hyundai had it because I really love their cars, and now Hyundai West Allis has my future business whether I'm buying or going for service. Bravo Guys!! More

My car through and alternate dealership had an engine failure, it was picked up and shipped to Hyundai and ended up with a full engine swap AND delivered back to my driveway at no cost to me. Wow- I’m SO pleased with my service. Ryan Nickolas and whoever helped him did an incredible job helping me with my 2019 Hyundai Tucson. He was straight up with me about any possibilities after already throwing $400 into the issue at a different place and was very tentative to find a solution if possible. I had a very great experience with Hyundai Service department. My service tech name was Ryan & he was cool as xxxx! He was funny also. My car needed a new engine & thankfully Hyundai was able to repla department. My service tech name was Ryan & he was cool as xxxx! He was funny also. My car needed a new engine & thankfully Hyundai was able to replace it for free because what 29 year old has $8k laying around for a new engine? Not I, that’s for sure!
