Then, after having a diagnostic two issues were identified on the diagnostic report stating immediate attention required but never disclosed to me by the technician . The technician told me my car was fine to my face. I attempted to call and see what the issues were 7 times and left voicemails throughout the day and was only able to get through to someone after complaining. Do not service your car through this entity as they will not provide prompt service to your vehicle or tell you what the issues are. Spoke with the mananger who said I complained like his wife so highly condescending as well More

Please do yourself a favor and buy your car at another dealership! We ended up test-driving multiple cars and different dealerships last week, and found the car we wanted at Hyundai West Allis. We love dealership! We ended up test-driving multiple cars and different dealerships last week, and found the car we wanted at Hyundai West Allis. We love our car, but I really wished we would have read the reviews before we decided to purchase from them. The test driving portion was great, but as soon as we decided that we wanted the car we test drove everything went down hill from there. Everyone is new at this dealership and they made sure they let us know once we decided to purchase. From the negotiation process to the financing to the after purchase day customer service has been absolutely awful. The finance manager rushed through everything and made it apparent that he hated working there and wanted to go home. None of my warranty questions could be answered and it felt like every answer they gave me was a line of BS. Once all of the papers were signed we got the keys to our car and that was it. No one went over any of the features with us, and only noticed when we got home that they didn't even fill up the gas tank for us and it was less than a quarter of the tank. I called in multiple times on Thursday and Friday and asked for the GM Nate to call me back and he never did. He did however promise us a Gift card which he mailed to us, but still no call back. I love my Hyundai, but I will never set foot in this dealership again. More
Zero stars. I have tried to follow up on a potential service issue for a couple of weeks. Last week, I called three times to try and reach the service departme I have tried to follow up on a potential service issue for a couple of weeks. Last week, I called three times to try and reach the service department. No one answers the phone. Eventually, I'm routed to a voicemail. No return call. I called again this past Monday, and the same result. I then called the general manager, and of course got his voicemail. Similarly no return call. I highly recommend to NOT use this dealership for anything. More

Service here is horrible. Started off good, was approve for a vehicle then I was denied days later with no explanation. Didnt get a courtesy call or anything. Service here is terrible. Went in for a recall and another issue. Was also told they would do an inspection on the vehicle and wash it, neither of which were done. They guy was nowhere to be found when I came to pick up my vehicle and the woman who handed me my key didnt even know where my car was. Directed me to a couple different places it could be, and basically said go find it yourself. Super rude and lazy staff. You would think a service writer would do their best to earn your business in the future, but could care less. Would never come back for service or sales. They obviously are having trouble finding good employees. More

I was promised 3 years, 36000 mile complimentary oil changes. Was just charged full price by Hyundai for the second oil change at 9400 miles. I guess I was the sucker this time.
