I'm happy to also have a location to go where I feel comfortable for maintenance services like oil changes, versus the dreaded quick change places with employees that made me feel uncomfortable. At the end of the day I didn't feel I was being pushed to purchase, rather, I made my own decisions with someone to help me along the way. Rarely do you experience that when buying a car. (I am still batting off other dealership-vultures despite having bought a new car.) More

I will travel 6x the distance in relation to the dealership nearest my home, just to receive this level of service. I was worried when my regular salesperson left his role at this dealership last year in the middle of my last lease agreement with him, but found the manager and staff here now to be attentive and accommodating. Better yet, his customers are being taken care of with the greatest respect and it is reassuring to know that Jon is still affiliated with the dealership in another business capacity. If it weren't for the people at this dealership, I would not have my 2016 Sonata from them today. It is an excellent vehicle with great new technology and safety features, and in this case the service is definitely part of the decision to do business at Arrow Hyundai instead of closer to home.
