When I was done I went over pricing and options with Mike who showed me more than competitive pricing. There was no haggling from the start. I told them I would be back with my wife. There was no last minute price drops or any pressure sales to get me to buy on the spot. We shook hands and they thanked me for coming in. I did return two days later and my wife and I ended up leasing two vehicles that day from them. They even gave us a more than fair trade in value for our previous vehicle. The whole process was smooth, no haggling, and straight forward. This was actually an enjoyable process. We will definitely be returning to purchase/lease vehicles again from Arrow. More
