At first Rohan was great to deal with...let me bring home a test vehicle while mine being serviced. I asked him to evaluate my trade while it was being serviced. Finally, as I said I was leaving and getting my car he came over and gave me the numbers I requested, saying everything is negotiable. Went home and determined that their car was overvalued and mine was undervalued. Called back with a more appropriate offer, which was accepted. I can tell you I liked the car well enough despite the salesman! Fortunately the GM, Alan, was a pleasure to deal with and I decided to go through with the deal! More
