Approx. one hour later, the service adviser, Bryan Alexander, had informed me that the work had been com Had an appointment for an oil/filter change. Approx. one hour later, the service adviser, Bryan Alexander, had informed me that the work had been completed followed by detailed results of a free multi point inspection report. An inspection from front to rear and top to bottom which included lights, wipers, battery, tires, filters (including cabin air filter, drive belts, fluid levels, exhaust, brakes, drive shaft boots......lets' just say, a pretty extensive inspection.. Also, another appointment is made for the next oil change, which acts as a reminder and can always be changed. Great customer service!!! More
