Again, everything was handled professionally, and in an amazing timely fashion. within 3 hours of walking in the door, the car was shined up and parked outside the dooor for my father in law to get right in and drive home. They even heated the car up for him and of course gave us all a cookie and a water. Negotiating a price was not exactly what I had expected, not a lot of leeway, I didn't walk out feeling like I got the best bargain, but it certainly was within the prices of every other dealer around for the car. And I am not sure that I will be receiving a gift card for this referral, but will be pleasantly surprised if I do! More

Upon our arrival at Hyundai of Newport we were greeted and welcomed by Sandy Spanos who was knowledgeable about imported cars and introduced us to the new 2015 Genesis. Although we had limited time we still proceeded with a quick test drive with no pressure to buy. This was not a typical dealership experience. Sandy made such a great first impression and refreshing experience no other dealership could compare with Sandy’s service and I had visited many high-end dealerships. Now, two months later I called Sandy in advance to schedule an appointment to potentially purchase the 2015 Genesis AWD 3.8L Ultimate Package. When we arrived at Hyundai of Newport we were greeted with Greek Baklava and the best atmosphere to purchase a car. Sandy, Fred, and Scott were open, honest, accomodating, factual, family oriented, and professional. I had secured my own financing but Sandy, Fred and Scott, to my amazement offered the best price and made the purchasing experience better when they were able to secure a better rate. At this point, I was sold on the service as much as the 2015 Genesis car. Thanks for the “BEST” car purchasing experience we ever had – it was OUTSTANDING and HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. Everything was explained to me in a phone call by Scott before someone brought me a loaner car. the fellow who brought me the car was professional and polite. I was treated with respect! When the service was finished, Scott called and explained the work that was done, the cost and when my next service would be. Then the same man brought me back my car which was washed and vacuumed and had a bottle of water and a cookie. I was so pleased with this experience. In the 50 years that I have owned a car, I have never been treated this well getting my car serviced. It was all done in a very timely manner and having the loaner car is such a plus. I would recommend Hyundai of Newport to everyone, not only for the service but our sales experience as well. A job well done!! More
