Timely & Effective The Elantra I owned gave 3 unwelcome indications in one day; low tire pressure, check engine and a temperature gage excursion from cool to hot and bac The Elantra I owned gave 3 unwelcome indications in one day; low tire pressure, check engine and a temperature gage excursion from cool to hot and back to cool. I called Newport Hyundai and got an early AM appointment. I took it in and they dispensed with all 3 issues quickly. The low tire pressure was an unseen nail, the computer did record the temperature excursion with no causality. Spuriou reading. The check engine light was remedied by installation of a software upgrade requiring no mechanical repair. Concerns relieved in less than 2 hours. Yippee. More

I went to a ford dealer and other mechanics and got my car diagnosed by each place with the same issue and they still wouldn't admit anything was wrong- all within my 30day warranty of buying a car from them, as well. Lazy, useless and horrible customer service. The saddest part is they paint this picture that they care about you, but you're just another number, here. I never write bad reviews either, I always try to give benefit of the doubt to places- but we've given this place more than enough chances. Done here. More

Fast and efficient I drove over a piece of metal, had a flat, and needed a new tire. Fortunately, Hyundai of Newport had my tire in stock, and I made an appointment for I drove over a piece of metal, had a flat, and needed a new tire. Fortunately, Hyundai of Newport had my tire in stock, and I made an appointment for it to be serviced the next morning. It was changed promptly, and before I knew it I was back on the road. Also, a bottle of water and fresh cookie was in my center console. Nice touch! More
