This was my first time working with a dealership to buy a car, so I don't have much experience but have heard many horror stories. Sandy was the Nicest, Most Honest, Most CARING, and helpful person I have ever met. I was between a 2015 used and a brand new car, he could tell I was interested more in the 2015 and suggested me some great options on how to get the best out of both worlds. Even though going with the 2015 wouldn't get him a 10 out of 10 survey, he would have gotten from me.(I found that out later when i asked for the survey, because I wanted it to be known how great he was). My boyfriend has worked with many dealers around town buying trucks for a business he works for and said that Sandy was by far the best he has ever worked with. He accommodated all of our time and got us exactly what we wanted. I just can't stress enough how awesome the day was and it was in large part to him. We also worked with a manager I believe his name was Joe who was very nice and worked the numbers with us and was very accommodating. The woman who helped us with the loan was also very nice, She was personable and had a great personality. (tall, blonde hair) Overall for my first experience buying a car from a dealer, I do not have one bad thing to say and can't say enough good. THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!!!! After I bought my first car from David, I moved to CT and dealt with a Hyundai dealership there. Although the dealership in CT was OK, when I decided to buy a new car? I didn't think twice about driving back up to RI (3 hr drive) to buy again from David. I love the 2014 Elantra GT I bought (certified pre-owned). Hyundai of Newport could have sold it to me as is by simply saying "you are getting a good deal" which it was. Instead Hyundai of Newport went well beyond fixing all the little details I requested to be fixed. (there were many) When I drove off the lot in my 2014 Elantra GT, I was 100% happy. David and the Hyundai of Newport dealership had one goal and that was to make my SECOND buying experience with them better than the first and it was. I highly recommend David Brock and the Hyundai of Newport Dealership if you are looking for a new/ or verified pre-owned car. They have been a very great reliable dealership so I went back yesterday Feb 11 th looking to test drive some cars . I went with my mom and we got Greg as our salseman and he was absolutely unbelievably helpful! The best cars salesman we've ever dealt with no lie! He was funny , intelligent, made us feel comfortable and super super helpful! Really went above and beyond to make our experience an A++ . HYUNDAI OF NEWPORT WOW! What a great experience! I went to Hyundai of Newport hoping to get an older vehicle that I could afford. I was greeted by a smiling gentleman Sa WOW! What a great experience! I went to Hyundai of Newport hoping to get an older vehicle that I could afford. I was greeted by a smiling gentleman Sandy Spanos. He showed me a 2015 Elantra and we went for a test drive. I loved the car but told Sandy I could never afford it. He said not to worry. After hitting a few snags because of my financial situation Sandy got general manager Jon Narcession involved. Jon was great! He said he would find a way to make it work and he did! 2 hours later I owned a 2015 Hyundai! WOW! I must also mention Leah Townsend the business manager who was so helpful. She also worked the deal to make it happen and got me an unbelivible rate and it even included gap insurance! Sandy even shoveled out my car after a snow storm the next day when I picked it up! Excellent Job Hyundai of Newport I just bought the Genesis Coupe from David Brock at Hyundai of Newport & my experience with him and the dealership could not of gone any better. I did my research on the vehicle, then started looking for a dealership that could provide me the car, package, price point & comfort level with the dealership itself I was looking for. Right from the very first phone call David Brock seem to fit the bill. I called or checked out all toll 6 Hyundai dealerships. When I called Hyundai of Newport David Brock had the car I was looking for, but due to schedules it would be days before I could come into the dealership, David told me no problem, the following day he and the car came to me. I was able to to listen to the Genesis Coupe growl at my own convenience. When I finally made it to the dealership to discuss price, packages, color etc David was able to find my exact need out of state. I was excited but wanted to wait a couple of days to think about the purchase. I did not feel any pressure for David or his manager. I did not hear the typical line of "well we might not be able to do this deal at a later date", " or the car might be gone". Once I decided to go forth with the purchase, David arranged to have the car driven in from out of state, he contacted my insurance agent, spoke to his finance officer, so that when I went back in to actually drive My New Genesis Coupe home all I had to do was sign on the multiple dotted lines. I did not have to wait around for hours while they worked out all the paper work. Everything was professional, easy and with out pressure. I will in the future be taking advantage of their car service. Hyundai of Newport will actually drive a car to your home leave you the car & take yours in for service so you do not have to be inconvenienced. I look forward to working with David Brock and Hyundai of Newport team for many years to come!! More

As an older woman who went into the dealership I want to tell anyone reading this, that this was the best experience I have ever had buying a new car. As an older woman who went into the dealership alone, I was more than a bit skeptical of what was in store for me. Since I am not that knowledgeable about cars I could have been an easy mark for a salesman. But it wasn't that way at all. I was treated respectfully and enthusiastically by everyone I met there. The salesman who helped me, Sandy Spanos, turned out to be one of the nicest, funniest and most forthright people I have dealt with in a long time.
