Fantastic experience... beginning to end! I was looking to buy a late model Santa Fe and I saw that Hyundai of Newport had a few of them at a reasonable price. So my wife, daughter, and I too I was looking to buy a late model Santa Fe and I saw that Hyundai of Newport had a few of them at a reasonable price. So my wife, daughter, and I took the drive down hoping for the best, but expecting the same-old frustration that comes with buying a car. For the time we walked on the lot, Joe was courteous, pleasant, honest, and respectful. He went out of his way to make sure we got what we wanted and that we were 100% happy with our purchase. Even though we came in close to closing time and we didn't end up leaving until 1.5 hours after closing, we NEVER felt rushed or bothered. In my 25 years experience in buying cars, this was BY FAR easiest and nicest experience I've ever had. I am recommending to ANYONE and EVERYONE that if you are even CONSIDERING a Hyundai, take the drive down to Hyundai of Newport and talk to Joe. More
