We had friends who were very pleased with this dealership and its service. We just planned to look at the cars and see what we could expect in a trade in. We met with Bill Germano. He was very easy going. He seemed to really listen to what we BOTH wanted in a car. He noticed the small details...did my husband fit comfortably in the car, etc. We never once felt any pressure nor did we feel rushed. Bill had a good sense of humor and we actually felt the numbers were fair and made a decision that day. We went in with several details we needed to both be satisfied ( I did not think it would be easy) but Bill did make it easy and pleasant. More

OVER THE TOP and BEYOND I live in Virginia. A local dealer spent more than three months assuring me a car was due in for me before revealing to me they lost track of the car I live in Virginia. A local dealer spent more than three months assuring me a car was due in for me before revealing to me they lost track of the car in their computers. Three days later I located a G90 in Hyundai of Newport's online inventory. I purchased the car on the telephone, flew to Rhode Island the next day to take delivery of my new Genesis G90, and drove back to Virginia the following day. Hyundai of Newport was professionally amazing in every aspect of the transaction. The salesman (Rohan Webster) picked me up at the Providence airport, explained the details of the car, after the dynamite business manager (Leah Townsend) walked me through the paperwork. Before leaving, I was able to share in their Saturday pizza luncheon. By the way, I'm thrilled with my new Genesis G90 ! More
