The basics: -the entire sales team is very friendly and welcoming and not in the "we want your money AND your first born" sort of way -no pushing me into something that I didn't want -no insisting that I "really could" afford a 2017 -very attentive, understanding, and kind salesman Bill Germano Now, the little things that go a looooong way: (in no particular order) -Bill came and picked me up at my home to come and sign paperwork -he stayed well past the time he should have gone home so I could go on a test drive -the night that I drove away with my new wheels, one of my headlamps zonked out. (Not sure if it was like that before I left, or if it happened after) BUT I sent a text and got a reply right away (this was at almost 8 pm, well after close). Called Alan first thing in the morning and was told "come in whenever you can and we will take care of it right away." I did, and they did! I walked in, told the young man (if you read this Im very sorry I didnt catch your name!) at the service counter my name and he said "Oh yes!! We are SO sorry!! I'll take care of that right now!!" 10 minutes, and I was in an out! Plus he gave me a cookie and a water and another very sincere apology!! -Leah in finance helped me immensely to stay within my budget -while signing my paperwork, Alan was very thorough and made sure I understood everything by answering all of my questions. I could keep going. But honestly, after how well this ENTIRE establishment treated me, I don't think that I'll be buying a car from anyone else! More
