My car has been at the dealership for 3 weeks. Only your assigned service technician can give you any information. Calls go to voicemail and texting your technician results in no response. One call I was told my service technician was off, there wasnt a manager available, and the person who answered said they could not help me and to call back the next day. Car is under warranty. No loaner car was offered. I do not blame the service technician. I believe they are overwhelmed. Hyundai Montgomery has a broken service system. More

I arrived at the dealership at approximately 1235. My appointment was at 1 o'clock. I checked my car game and received a text stating that my car was being worked on and if I had any questions I could My appointment was at 1 o'clock. I did not receive a reply so I physically got up to check on my car. It was ready. When I asked how long have my car been ready no one seemed to know. I was disappoint that I had to wait until 3 PM to get my car with my appointment was at 1 PM. More
