Arrived at 7:10 for a 7:30 appointment. Saw the service person at 7:45. Got the paperwork at 9:30 stating the service had been completed and given directions where truck was turned out it was wrong vehicle. A few minutes service advisor reported my vehicle was on the rack being serviced. Got my truck back at 10:20. Was late for following appointment. Paperwork didn't match what was actually accomplished.
